Best Friends Forever Pet Services, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us,” or “our”) operates under specific Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) for 2026, governing our pet care services and digital interactions via our website; www.bestfriendsforeverpetservices.com (the “Site”) and our third-party portal. By accessing or using this Site and/or filling out our Contact Forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not fill out any information on our website at this time.
Key Service Terms:
• Eligibility: Use of our site is for the general public, but service inquiries and bookings through our client portal are restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older. By filling out our Contact Form(s), you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
• Service Offerings: Our professional services include dog walking, pet sitting visits, overnight care, pet nutrition (affiliate) and house sitting (no pets present). These descriptions are informational and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed via our client portal.
• Third-Party Portal: All bookings, payments and client communications are processed through Time To Pet (“TTP”). This is where our Pet Services Agreement and Cancellation Policy is found in detail.
Financial & Cancellation Policies
Payments: No payments are accepted directly through our website; all financial transactions are managed securely via TTP.
Deposits: A 2-day deposit may be required for pet sitting and other services to guarantee the reservation. The remaining balance is due on the first day of service.
Cancellation Fees:
• Regular, Weekly Dog Walking Services: Must be canceled 24 hours in advance, or the full fee applies
• Pet Sitting: Cancellations within two days of the departure date result in the forfeiture of the 2-day deposit. No refunds are issued once Pet Sitting Services have begun.
• Holidays/Peak Periods: A non-refundable surcharge of (minimum) $10 per hour applies on major holidays, including New Year's (Eve/Day), Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and day after), and Christmas (Eve/Day).
For all other matters, please refer to the Company’s Pet Services Agreement and Cancellation Policy.
Liability & Legal
• Limitation of Liability: Clients acknowledge inherent risks in pet care (injury, illness, accidents). The Company is not liable for damages arising from site use or services except as explicitly stated in the separate Pet Services Agreement.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with legal disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Los Angeles, California.
• Termination: The company may terminate access to the TTP portal or refuse service for violations of terms or behavior harmful to animals or staff.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is protected by intellectual property laws and is the property of the Company. All content on the Site is protected by the United States and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Please do not copy any logos, graphics, copy or anything from our website without our prior written consent.
Any links to third-party sites are provided for convenience without company responsibility.
Modifications to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice, and changes will be reflected here within.
Privacy Policy
Site use is subject to our Privacy Policy (how we collect, use and keep your personal information submitted to use safe).
User Conduct
It is prohibited to use our site for unlawful purposes; submitting false information; interfering with site operations; or attempting unauthorized access.
